Refund and Returns Policy for Solar Energy Products

1. Return Period

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless required by law.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Promotional items are final sale.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Batteries
    • Pre-cut cables
    • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Approved late returns or returns of correctly supplied items are subject to a 20% handling fee.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team before returning any item.
  2. Do not send items to the manufacturer. Ship all returns to:

  1. Customers cover return shipping costs. Approved return costs may be deducted from your refund.
  2. For items over R500, use a trackable or insured courier service.

4. Refund Process

  • You will be notified when we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.

5. Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, we will exchange it. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Report defects or damages as soon as possible.
  • We will coordinate warranty repairs or replacements with the manufacturer.
  • Courier costs to and from the manufacturer are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
