Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability. Orders to major centres typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days, while deliveries to rural or remote areas may take up to 5 working days. We dispatch orders once payment has cleared and stock is confirmed.
We calculate delivery costs per order based on your location, the weight of your items, and the size of your system. You're welcome to collect your order directly from any of our seven warehouses to save on delivery costs. Collection is available from Vanderbijlpark, Midrand, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and Nelspruit during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please arrange collection in advance and bring your order confirmation and proof of payment.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your delivery directly with The Courier Guy. We pack all solar equipment securely to minimise the risk of damage during transport. If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery or sign for it without noting the damage on the courier's delivery form. Photograph the damaged packaging and goods immediately, then contact us within 24 hours at sales@solarpanelenergy.co.za with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or collection with the courier at no additional cost to you. Claims for transit damage cannot be processed without photographic evidence and a damage notation on the delivery paperwork.
