Delivery & Collection Options
- Direct Delivery: Orders can be delivered directly by Solar Panel Energy within South Africa.
- Courier Service: We use The Courier Guy for nationwide delivery to all provinces.
- Warehouse Collection: Customers may collect their orders free of charge from the following warehouse locations:
- Midrand
- Bloemfontein
- Cape Town
- Durban
- Port Elizabeth
Collection Process
Once payment reflects in our account, customers will receive a dispatch note.
This note must be presented when collecting at any warehouse.
In Vanderbijlpark, collections can also be arranged directly with our office upon request.

Can I collect my order from a warehouse?
Yes, you can collect your order free of charge from any of our warehouse locations once you have received your dispatch note. Collection is available at Midrand, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth.

Yes, customers can arrange collection directly from our Vanderbijlpark office.
Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
No, shipments are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday–Friday).
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You will receive an email with your dispatch note confirming your order is ready for pickup.
