When you request a quote or place an order with Solar Panel Energy, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing via email or invoice. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed and paid.
All product specifications, system designs, and load calculations are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All prices displayed on our website and in quotes are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery costs unless specified. We calculate delivery charges per order based on your location, order weight, and system size, and confirm the exact cost before you pay.
We accept payment via EFT, card, cash, and PayFast. Full payment is required before dispatch unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing. Once payment is received, we will process your order and arrange delivery or collection.
We deliver nationwide across South Africa within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance. Delivery is arranged via The Courier Guy. Our standard delivery areas include all major centres, and we dispatch from warehouses in Vanderbijlpark, Midrand, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and Nelspruit.
Collection is available from any of our warehouse locations during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be approved in advance by contacting us at sales@solarpanelenergy.co.za.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and brand. Inverters carry 1 to 5 years warranty, lithium batteries 5 to 10 years, solar panels 10 to 12 years, and solar air conditioners 1 to 2 years.
