This installer pack holds 200 clips that fix framed solar panels onto P2000 and solarrail rail systems. Installers, developers, farms and businesses across South Africa order Solar Panel Clips 200Pcs for full arrays. It’s one bulk order of solar panel roof mounting hardware for rooftop installs.
Why Order Solar Panel Clips 200Pcs
- Suits several installs from one bulk order.
- Fits P2000 and solarrail rail systems.
- Keeps spare solar mounting clips on hand for the next job.
Count the panels, multiply by the clips each panel needs, then add a few spares. Bent or dropped clips are normal on a roof, so spares keep the install moving. Add the pack to the solar panel installation kit you quote for each array.
Key Specifications For This Pack
- Compatibility: Compatible with P2000 and solarrail systems.
The number of clips per panel depends on the rail system, so confirm it in the rail manual. That figure tells you how many panels one pack of 200 clips will fix. Our free system sizing can check that figure for you.
Rail Systems And Panel Compatibility
The clips suit P2000 and solarrail profiles, including the P2000 solar rail 6.4m. They pair with the Solar Panel Rail Link where two rails meet. IBR Solar Brackets or Corrugated Roof Solar Mounts hold the rail on the roof.
Clips and solar panel clamps
These clips fix JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Longi and CNBM framed panels. Confirm the frame depth against the clip before you order the full pack. Some rail systems call for solar panel clamps instead, such as the Solar Mid Clamp.
The pack will not fit PV mounting structures outside P2000 and solarrail profiles. It also does not replace the brackets that fix the rail to the roof. Browse brackets, rails and other solar panel accessories in our Mounting category.
Single replacement clips sit in our solar panel clips range. That suits small repairs where a full pack is more than the job needs.
Who Buys Clips In Bulk
Running short halfway through an install means a second delivery and a stalled job. A full pack of 200 clips keeps farms and factories fitting large arrays in one run. Ordering the full pack upfront keeps the crew on the roof until the array is done.
- Installers quoting several jobs a month.
- Developers ordering fixings for larger builds.
- Homeowners fitting a larger system in one go.
Ground arrays on farms and large factory roofs use the most fixings, so bulk packs suit them. Smaller home systems may only need part of a pack.
Warranty Compliance And Trust
No product certifications apply to these clips, and no manufacturer test certificate is on file. Design the roof mounting structure for local wind loading under SANS 10160-3, and check with your installer. SANS 10142-1 covers the PV wiring, which remains the electrician’s responsibility.
A registered person issues the Certificate of Compliance, which is not supplied with the clips. Solar Panel Energy includes free quotes, site visits and system sizing with every enquiry. Our solar installation team can confirm rail fit before you order.
Stock goes out with nationwide delivery in 2 to 5 working days. Collect from pickup points in Midrand, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban or Gqeberha.
